    This gives me the chance to tell you more about how I work and gives you the opportunity to decide if I am the right therapist for you.

    If you decide to go ahead we will schedule further sessions. These can be by ‘phone or online.

    We will explore the issues you’re facing and discuss what support will be beneficial.

  • REFINE

    We will regularly discuss your progress as we work together to ensure you get the most out of your therapy. This allows you to decide how many sessions are suitable for you.
